What this notice covers.

This notice covers this website and introductory inquiries. It does not cover a client engagement or the separate Blueprint Explorer. The examples are fictional; this site offers no live AI conversation, document uploads or saved Blueprint account.

Browsing and security.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and processes technical information such as IP addresses and requests. We have not configured advertising trackers or audience analytics in the website application. The public site does not require an account or a review-access cookie. Example selections and corrections are temporary and reset on reload.

When you contact us.

The contact form sends your name, email, optional company and message through Formspree to Eric’s email inbox. We use these details to respond and discuss your inquiry. Formspree also processes technical information and uses spam protection; its submission page may ask you to complete Google reCAPTCHA. Please do not send sensitive personal information, passwords or confidential documents.

Formspree retains a submission archive under its service settings. Email copies are separate and are not automatically deleted when the archive expires. We have not configured automatic deletion of inquiry emails. Contact Eric to request access, correction or deletion; information may need to be retained for legal obligations or an ongoing matter.

Email and booking.

Direct email is handled by the email providers involved. Booking opens Google Calendar, where the details you provide are available to the meeting organizer. Google’s notices and controls apply to that service. Neither option requires using the website contact form.

Email eric.espinel@infraction.space about your information or this notice. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request. Any client engagement requires separate information-handling arrangements.
