Connected information
Identify the sources, systems, access and maintenance needed for dependable company knowledge.
How we work
Look across the business. Understand what a particular change needs. Build and test it responsibly. Keep learning from what happens.
The process at a glance
We explore your goals, evidence and options with you, then design what the change needs.
An evidence-backed Blueprint
We build or configure, test with your team, and connect the change to everyday work.
A tested change, ready for agreed use
We review quality, costs and outcomes with you, resolve issues and agree improvements.
Reviewed results and next improvements
What we learn feeds back into the next design.
Each next stage is agreed with you. We can revisit the design, pause or stop—not just move forward.
01 / Understand and design
Start with outcomes, actual work and the people involved. Keep formal procedure separate from reported practice, and make missing or conflicting information visible.
Compare AI with better process, existing tools and other approaches. A useful recommendation can be to proceed, gather evidence, change course—or stop.
The starting engagement02 / Build and integrate
Identify the sources, systems, access and maintenance needed for dependable company knowledge.
Design handoffs, decision rights, exceptions and what people start, stop, retain or review.
Build or configure what the design requires. Test representative cases, integrations and failure paths before relying on it.
Help leaders and internal builders understand and sustain the change through separately scoped enablement. Adoption includes transition time and review capacity—not just training on a tool.
03 / Operate and improve
Ongoing work includes support, quality, complete costs, changing source information, exceptions and reviewed improvements. Name the owner and define when intervention is needed.
Implementation and managed operations require separate scope, confirmed expertise and delivery readiness. This is not a claim of an already-live platform or a staffed 24/7 service.
Phossil™ / Product in development
A plan is a starting point. As work moves forward, assumptions change, decisions are made and new evidence appears. Phossil is being developed to help people and AI understand where work stands, what needs attention and what can happen next—with the supporting sources, permissions and decision history intact.
The intended role is to connect the design to changing work, dependencies and decisions, so teams can see what needs evidence, clarification or approval before proceeding.
The intended role is to surface changes and exceptions, distinguish actions from their actual outcomes, and preserve reviewed learning for the next decision.
The planned path is an optional Phossil workspace that keeps the Blueprint connected to implementation and operation, with explicit permission to carry information forward.
Infraction provides the engagement and delivery work; Phossil is a separate product. This is a proposed role, not an available integration or a requirement for every engagement. Use would depend on fit, verified capability and separately agreed access and terms.
Where a stage needs additional expertise, we agree the people, roles, scope and costs with you before additional specialists join the work.
