Eric Espinel

Partner

Eric Espinel

Eric brings business strategy, customer research and partner ecosystem experience together to understand how organizations create value and design practical paths for growth and improvement. His work connects commercial priorities with the people, processes and technology needed to put them into practice.

Previously Global Partner Marketing Manager at Visa Acceptance Solutions, he developed a deeper understanding of its partner ecosystem: how different partners created value, what drove their businesses and where Visa’s capabilities could meet their needs. He translated that understanding into partner-marketing strategy, planning and enablement, working across commercial and technical teams to connect product capabilities with partner and merchant priorities. At Google, his work spanned customer experience, applied research and developer partnerships. He translated customer and developer insights into product recommendations and advised app businesses on monetization and technology adoption.

He holds an MBA from Cornell University, where his studies focused on entrepreneurship and general management, with an immersion in digital marketing and technology strategy.

His technical work also includes AI systems that retrieve information from complex document collections, including eDiscovery, and custom models that help those systems find relevant information.

He holds a Master of Engineering in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University. He is also an Integrated Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Bring the right people into the work.

Some challenges need specialist industry, technical or operational expertise. When they do, we can draw on our network or work with your existing team and advisors to find the right support.

Before anyone joins, we check their relevant experience and availability, then agree their role, scope, costs and information access with you. You know who is involved, what they will contribute and who is leading the engagement.

We bring their findings into the wider work, keeping recommendations and open questions connected. Where a separate provider is a better fit, we can help you identify that route too.

Judge the thinking for yourself.
